Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) completes CPSM acquisition, expands aged care presence in Queensland

Regis Healthcare completed the acquisition of CPSM, securing 100% of its ordinary shares.

The acquisition encompasses five top-tier residential aged care homes, totalling 644 beds in South-East Queensland.

Regis CEO Linda Mellors affirmed the company's commitment to maintaining and enhancing the high-quality care and services provided in the newly acquired homes.
