Regal Partners (ASX:RPL) completes acquisition of PM Capital

Regal Partners completed its acquisition of PM Capital.

The deal consisted of $22.2 million cash after adjustments plus $130 million in deferred, mostly conditional terms, involving the issuance of 68,819,483 converting redeemable preference shares in Regal Partners.

The procurement of PM Capital and the earlier acquisition of 50% of Taurus Funds Management increased Regal Partners' pro forma funds under management to $10.8 billion as of Sept. 30.
