Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) surpasses 90% ownership in Musgrave Minerals

Ramelius Resources acquired over a 90% stake in Musgrave Minerals (ASX:MGV) and will proceed with compulsory acquisition.

The offer to acquire Musgrave's ordinary shares ends Sept. 15, with no extensions.

Shareholders who only accept after this date will receive their offer consideration after a process taking over a month.

Musgrave shareholders may qualify for rollover tax relief in relation to the deal.
