PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund (ASX:PGF) has confirmed that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer has closed and applications totalling $28,062,911.50 have been received.
The issue price per share was determined to be $1.7489, and the shares were issued today.
Quotation of the shares is expected to commence on 14 March 2023 and holding statements will be dispatched on 15 March 2023.
