Pivotal Systems Corporation (ASX:PVS) change of auditor

Pivotal Systems Corporation (ASX:PVS) has appointed Armanino LLP as its auditor effective 29 December 2022, replacing BDO USA, LLP.

The delay in communicating the appointment to ASX was due to an administrative oversight.

A resolution to appoint Armanino as the Company auditor will be put to shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
