Pinnacle Investment Management reported that nine affiliates generated performance fees totalling approximately $41.9 million for the first half of FY2024, with Pinnacle's net share after tax at $12.3 million.

Among the 25 diverse strategies, 18 had the potential for fees, and 13 delivered in this period.

Principal Investments amounted to $136 million, with an expected return of about $3.7 million, including dividends and fair value gains/losses.

OpenInvest's write-down impacted Pinnacle's balance sheet by $3.4 million. While a detailed net result is uncertain, increased performance fees were offset by factors like the OpenInvest write-down, lower profitability index returns, and higher employee costs.
