    PhosCo (ASX:PHO) engages with Tunisian government on phosphate project

    PhosCo (ASX:PHO) has engaged with the Tunisian government regarding the status of the Chaketma phosphate project, strengthening Tunisian-Australian relations in the energy, renewable energy and mining sectors.

    PhosCo is also awaiting the anticipated grant of additional permits including the Sekarna phosphate project, and will update the market on any further developments.

    The company says the rock phosphate market continues to perform strongly, with the World Bank recording a price increase this month to US$322.50/t.

    PhosCo also says it's sufficiently funded, holding cash of approximately $2.7M at the end of the December 2022 quarter.
