    Perpetual Credit Income Trust (ASX:PCI) raises $66.2M for expansion

    Perpetual Trust Services, the entity responsible for Perpetual Credit Income, completed a wholesale placement, raising approximately $66.2 million.

    The placement saw strong backing from both existing and new investors, with 60.2 million new ordinary fully paid units issued at $1.10 per unit.

    The new units will start trading on the ASX on July 10. This will bring the total number of issued units in the Trust to approximately 461.4 million.

    Perpetual Investment Management will manage the proceeds from the placement according to the Trust's investment strategy, which focuses on diversified credit and fixed-income assets.
