Perenti, a diversified mining services group, has secured contract extensions for its underground mining businesses valued at approximately $420 million.
The extensions under the deals include a 12-month $125 million contract with the Gold Fields Agnew underground gold mine, a 12-month $180 million contract with AngloGold Ashanti’s Obuasi underground gold mine in Ghana, and a two-year $115 million contract with the Roxgold Yaramoko underground gold mine in Burkina Faso.
No new growth capital is required for the extensions.
Perenti secured nearly $900 million of total revenue for the business, which aligns with its 2025 strategic objectives.
