Pendal Group (ASX:PDL) suspension from Quotation for Perpetual (ASX:PPT) takeover

Pendal Group (ASX:PDL) will be suspended from trading on Thursday, 12 January 2023 following the approval of a scheme of arrangement by which Perpetual Limited (ASX:PPT) will acquire all of the issued shares in PDL.
