Peak Minerals struck binding agreements to acquire an 80% interest in the Kitongo and Lolo uranium projects and the Minta Rutile Project, both located in Cameroon, West Africa.

The acquisition expands Peak's exploration footprint significantly with projects spread over approximately 11,200km2.

The Kitongo and Lolo uranium projects, covering an area of nearly 2,400km2, consist of six exploration permits that were previously explored by Mega Uranium.

The Minta Rutile Project spans approximately 8,800km2 and has shown high-grade rutile and zircon results based on recent drilling and grab samples.

The funding will support initial exploration activities and working capital.
