Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) has released its Q4 fiscal 2024 financial results, showcasing a strong performance with a 3% year-over-year increase in total quarterly revenue, reaching $14.3 billion.

The company saw notable growth in its cloud segment, with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) revenues surging by 42% and Software as a Service (SaaS) revenues rising by 10%.

Oracle's GAAP operating income for the fourth quarter stood at $4.7 billion, while the non-GAAP operating income reached $6.7 billion, marking an 8% increase from the previous year.

In addition to its financial performance in Q4, Oracle's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share.

This dividend will be payable on July 25, 2024, to stockholders of record as of July 11, 2024.
