Ora Gold (ASX:OAU) has announced further high-grade gold intercepts from a limited number of assays received from a recent reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Crown Prince Gold prospect in Western Australia.
Ora Gold says the drill holes at Garden Gully Gold were designed to test extensions to mineralised zones along strike of known mineralisation and the down-dip potential of the main ore body below a previously designed pit (75m depth).
The company says the best intercepts included 33m @ 12.72g/t Au from 57m, including 17m @ 24.40g/t Au from 67m with outstanding high grades of 73.5g/t Au and 67.06g/t Au.
Ora Gold's CEO, Alex Passmore says: "We look forward to drilling the down dip parts of this new zone (SEB) in coming months. The SEB zone will be incorporated in an updated resource model for Crown Prince prospect in due course."
