Oceania Healthcare reported sales growth in FY24, with approximately 20% increase in new sales volumes and about 14% rise in resale volumes compared to the previous twelve-month period.

The company noted an uptick in enquiry levels and welcomed private paying care residents into The Helier.

Progressing with its divestment program, Oceania finalised the sale of a Nelson land parcel in December 2023, and three additional sites are currently under contract for sale, expected to close in the first quarter of FY25.

Nine sites have been divested since FY24, yielding around $40 million in gross sales proceeds.

Development efforts resulted in the completion of 182 units by March 31, with plans to deliver an additional 224 units across various locations in FY25.
