OAR Resources (ASX:OAR) announced the appointment of its CEO, Paul Stephen, as the new Managing Director.
Mr. Stephen, who has substantial experience in public and private company management, will work to expand the company's critical mineral exploration, and development opportunities in Australia, and overseas.
His focus will be on driving current projects, and exploring new opportunities, with a focus on shareholder value.
