Nuix (ASX:NXL) has announced that its former CEO Edward Sheehy has appealed a decision by the Federal Court of Australia which dismissed his claims.
The global software company says Mr Sheehy is appealing the conclusion that he was precluded from raising certain matters in his claims and that his share options could not be exercised following Nuix's IPO in December 2020.
Nuix is maintaining it hasn't engaged in any oppressive or unconscionable conduct and will defend the appeal.
