Nuix (ASX:NXL) expects to report increased Annualised Contract Value (ACV) and Statutory Revenue for the half year ended December 2022 in the range of $168 - $171M.
Underlying EBITDA is expected to remain in line with the prior period in the range of $24 - $26M, while Statutory EBITDA is expected to be higher in the range of $19 - $21M.
Non-operational legal fees may be higher in the second half of the fiscal year compared to the first half, potentially impacting both EBITDA and Net Profit After Tax (NPAT).
Nuix ended the half with cash on hand of $37.1 million and no debt, and will release its half year results on 20 February 2023.
