Nitro Software (ASX:NTO) appoints new CEO and CFO following takeover

Nitro Software (ASX:NTO) has announced that its CEO, Sam Chandler, and CFO, Ana Sirbu, are leaving the company immediately.

Tim Reed, a Managing Director of Potentia Capital - the company that has recently taken control of Nitro, will act as Interim CEO and join its Board as a Director.

Nitro Software says a search is underway for a permanent CEO and CFO.

The changes are said to mark a new stage for the company's growth.
