Nick Scali (ASX:NCK) has reported its results for the half-year ended 31 December 2022, with an underlying revenue of $283.9m, a net profit after tax of $60.6m, and an EBIT of $91.2m.
The furniture retailer in Australia and New Zealand says the period includes six months of revenue contribution from Plush-Think Sofas Pty Ltd which was acquired on 1 November 2021.
The company also highlighted a declared a fully franked interim dividend of 40 cents per share, with a payout ratio of 53.5%.
Nick Scali opened two new stores in the period, and expects to open four more in 2H FY23.
