Nick Scali (ASX:NCK) launches $10M share purchase plan

Nick Scali has launched a share purchase plan to raise up to $10 million following a $46 million institutional placement.

Eligible shareholders can buy up to $30,000 worth of new fully paid ordinary shares at $13.25 each.

CEO Anthony Scali's conditional $4 million placement awaits approval.

The share purchase plan targets shareholders in Australia or New Zealand as of the record date on April 23.
