The Cue Joint Venture with Evolution Mining has been formed, with Evolution holding 75% and Musgrave holding 25%.
An unincorporated joint venture committee has been established and a data review is underway, with a program and budget for ongoing exploration to be prepared for consideration by the JV committee.
Musgrave has the right to contribute to ongoing exploration costs, or can elect to dilute.
