Ki Young Ju, founder of Cryptoquant, has addressed concerns over recent Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) transfers from Mt. Gox, stating three scenarios where these transactions may not affect Bitcoin's price significantly.

Firstly, the transfers could be internal movements for security reasons.

Secondly, they might involve over-the-counter (OTC) deals designed to avoid market impact.

Thirdly, Mt. Gox could have used brokerage services post-sale to minimize on-chain movement.

Despite 1,500 BTC being sent to Bitbank, trading volumes did not surge, suggesting limited market impact.

Meanwhile, the German government's ongoing Bitcoin sales pose another potential concern, having recently transferred 13,000 BTC to exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken.
