MS Journey acquires Millennium Services Group (ASX:MIL)

Millennium Services Group finalised its arrangement scheme, with MS Journey acquiring 100% of its capital.

The Supreme Court of New South Wales' approval confirmed the finalisation.

As a result, Millennium shares on the ASX will be suspended from trading starting April 23.

The transition is expected to enhance market position and operational capabilities, driving growth and innovation.
