Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) has announced an update on its North Achilles Project following the completion of a geological desktop assessment and shareholder approval to acquire the project.

The North Achilles Project, located next to Australian Gold and Copper (ASX:AGC) Achilles discovery, shows potential.

This adjacent discovery includes impressive drill results of 5m at 16.9g/t Au, 1,667g/t Ag, 0.4% Cu, and 15% Pb + Zn.

Geological interpretations suggest the Achilles Shear extends into the North Achilles project area.

"Geophysical imagery supports our interpretation that the mineralisation-hosting Achilles Shear continues north into the North Achilles Project," stated Stephen Foley, Managing Director of Regener8 Resources.

The North Achilles project resides within the mineral-rich Cobar Basin, known for its polymetallic (Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn) mineral deposits, which often cluster around significant structural features.

Regener8 plans to advance exploration upon the tenement's grant, including land access negotiations.

Regener8 aims to initiate exploration by engaging with landholders and relevant stakeholders, conducting reconnaissance fieldwork, and employing geophysical techniques to identify and prioritise drill targets.

Regener8 Resources is an ASX-listed company focused on future metals exploration in Western Australia. It operates in two segments: the Kookynie Gold Project and the East Ponton Future Metals Project.

At the time of reporting, Regener8 Resources’ share price was $0.10.
