Enova Mining (ASX:ENV) reported progress at the CODA North Project, highlighting substantial drilling achievements and high-grade rare earth element discoveries.
The drilling campaign comprised 21 diamond drill holes totalling 1,107m and 32 reverse circulation holes covering 1,445m.
Over 1,500 samples are currently being analysed at the SGS Geosol laboratory in Vespasiano, Minas Gerais.
The recent assays revealed impressive results, such as a 58m thick mineralised zone in drill hole CDN-DD-0004, averaging 2,003 ppm TREO, and a high-grade 20m intercept in drill hole CDN-DD-0003 at 3,476 ppm TREO.
Additional findings include 20.4m at 1,648 ppm TREO and 52m at 2,286 ppm TREO, confirming a broad distribution of high-grade mineralisation across the tenement area.
CEO Eric Vesel stated, "Our recent drilling results at CODA North again reinforce our belief in the project's exceptional potential. The mineralised zone thickness and high-grade REE intercepts we've encountered not only validate our exploration strategy but also highlight the significant resource potential across the tenement area."
The current results cover data from six additional drill holes, with further evaluations anticipated to expand the project's resource potential even more.
The high TREO grades reinforce confidence in the geological continuity and indicate that the project could meet the rising global demand for rare earth elements.
Enova Mining remains committed to ongoing exploration at CODA North, aiming to refine and increase the resource estimates.
The company plans to continue leveraging the high-grade drilling intercepts to guide further investigations, focusing on expanding its understanding of the mineralised zones and identifying additional high-value targets within the Patos formation.
