Auric Mining reports results from second gold milling campaign at Jeffreys Find

Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) has completed its second gold milling campaign for 2024 at the Jeffreys Find Gold Mine near Norseman, Western Australia.

The campaign resulted in the production of 6,295 ounces of gold, with total sales amounting to $23.5 million.

The campaign processed 128,000 tonnes of gold with an exceptional recovery rate of 93.2%.

The highest sale price achieved was $3,859 per ounce, while the average price was $3,731 per ounce.

The company has already received an initial surplus cash distribution of $2 million.

"We are in the sweetest possible place with the mining of Jeffreys Find," said Mark English, Managing Director of Auric Mining. 

"Total production for the year has passed 7,500 ounces. Another toll milling campaign is scheduled for the end of November. It will be a mighty run home for Auric as the project draws to conclusion," Find added.

Auric Mining's joint venture partner, BML Ventures, processed 127,610 dry metric tonnes through the Greenfields Mill in Coolgardie for the campaign.

The reconciled head grade was 1.65 g/t. Stage 2 of the Jeffreys Find Project has now produced a total of 7,551 ounces of gold with total sales reaching $27.95 million to date.

The next campaign is expected to commence on Nov. 28, with approximately 142,000 tonnes to be processed.
