    Askari Metals reshuffles leadership amidst strategic focus

    Askari Metals (ASX:AS2) announced changes within its management team, following the termination of Managing Director, Gino D'Anna.

    The company stated that D’Anna will serve a three-week notice period, after which he will transition to a role as a non-executive director.

    The company assured stakeholders that the current board, bolstered by a robust operational team, will manage responsibilities collectively until a new managing or executive director is appointed.

    The board expressed confidence that these changes will cause minimal disruption to the company's ongoing operations.

    Additionally, Askari has appointed Stuart Usher as the new company secretary and CFO.

    Usher brings 30 years of experience in public company management and corporate affairs to the role.

    He will also be responsible for communications between the company and ASX, replacing Leonard Math, who stepped down but remains a non-executive director.

    Askari Metals continues to advance its Southern African exploration endeavours, particularly focusing on its Uis Lithium Project in Namibia.

    The strategic project is in proximity to the Uis Tin-Tantalum-Lithium Mine and benefits from accessible infrastructure.

    Askari Metals is an exploration company that is actively exploring and developing its Uis Lithium Project in Namibia located along the Cape-Cross-Uis Pegmatite Belt of Central Western Namibia.

    At the time of reporting, Askari Metals’ share price was $0.012.
