Adisyn announced a successful negotiation of a lease surrender for its Bibra Lake premises, resulting in significant annual savings of approximately $350,000.

The agreement, set to take effect on Oct. 18, marks a strategic move towards a capital-light business model for the burgeoning technology solutions provider.

The lease surrender allows Adisyn to exit the Bibra Lake data centre, located in Western Australia, and leverage third-party providers for its data centre services.

The transition is expected to streamline operations and enhance profitability through reduced overhead costs.

Adisyn Managing Director Blake Burton said, "We're delighted with the outcome of our negotiations which will allow AI1 to reduce expenses while being able to deliver capital light data centre and cyber security solutions to our customers."

Burton further noted that the lease surrender will free up resources for strategic collaborations, such as the ongoing partnership with 2D Generation.

In relation to an ongoing legal dispute, the lessor has agreed to indemnify Adisyn against any potential damages.

The company had been named as the second defendant in a dispute involving Cannontech Technologies.

Adisyn has opted to file a notice of intention to abide by any court orders, thereby extricating itself from further legal proceedings, afforded protection via indemnity from the lessor.

The move aligns with Adisyn's vision to foster partnerships and concentrate on developing state-of-the-art data centres and cybersecurity solutions.

The decision underscores the company's commitment to optimising operational efficiencies and enhancing service offerings for its customers.

At the time of reporting, Adisyn's share price was $0.038.
