Nickel producer Mincor Resources (ASX:MCR) reported underground operations had mined 49,955 tonnes of ore in May 2023, putting the company on track to achieve nameplate capacity of 600,000 tonnes per annum, ahead of schedule.
The company said nickel-in-concentrate production was 1,839 tonnes for the June quarter (Apr-May) to date, and 5,161 tonnes for year to date.
It also said its cash balance was $42.1M as of 26 May 2023, and has 1,130 nickel tonnes of future production yet to be hedged.
Mincor’s directors also continue to unanimously recommend that shareholders accept Wyloo’s takeover offer.
