This shift comes amid the rising buzz around artificial intelligence (AI), with the company suggesting that enterprise applications, AI, and messaging are set to revolutionise the metaverse landscape.

In a recent blog post titled "Game Changers: 3 Predictions for Technological Transformation in 2024 & Beyond," Meta unveils its foresight into the evolution of the metaverse, emphasising the significant role that enterprise and education applications will play.

According to Meta's predictions, these applications will not only prove their value within the metaverse but could also encourage increased adoption of Meta's Quest headset hardware by businesses.
