Mercury NZ's CFO, William Meek, will be stepping down from his role in March 2025 after three decades with the company.

Meek, who has served as CFO for 15 years, is leaving to spend more time with his family.

During his time at Mercury, Meek contributed to the company's success, including consistent performance since its IPO and the success of Tilt Renewables and Trustpower retail transactions.

The company plans to use the time before Meek's departure to ensure a smooth succession.
