McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) is set to introduce a $5 meal deal across the U.S. next month, aimed at boosting customer traffic and addressing concerns over rising prices.

The promotion, designed to provide value amid economic pressures, will offer a combination of a four-piece McNugget, small fries, a small drink, and a choice between a McDouble burger or a McChicken sandwich.

Scheduled to commence on June 25, the deal will be available in most areas and is planned to be heavily promoted through a national advertising campaign.

However, due to varying operational costs, prices may be higher in some regions, including California and Hawaii.

While McDonald’s has not officially confirmed the specifics of this deal following inquiries, the company acknowledged last month its strategy to implement more aggressive pricing and promotional tactics to counteract reduced customer visits in several markets.
