Marmota said its gold drilling program at Campfire Bore, Aurora Tank, and Goolagong has been fully approved and is set to commence.

Heavy rainfall over the weekend, exceeding 50mm, has delayed the mobilisation of heavy drilling equipment, now expected to occur later this week.

The Campfire Bore operation, part of the newly established Golden Moon joint venture, marks the first drilling at this site in eight years.

Marmota, through Half Moon, holds a 90% ownership stake in the joint venture.

The program plans to drill over 130 holes and includes follow-up work on the new Goolagong gold discovery and additional drilling at Aurora Tank to finalise the open-pit design.
