Many Peaks Minerals entered into a binding agreement with Atlantic Resources to acquire a 100% interest in the Baga Gold Project, spanning 644km2, in eastern Côte d'Ivoire.

The acquisition increases Many Peaks' landholding in the country by 50%, bringing it to a total of 1,919km2.

The Baga Gold Project is set in the highly prospective Birimian gold terrane, and initial reconnaissance mapping has revealed previously unmapped intrusions and shear corridors, indicating prospectivity.

The company plans to commence immediate systematic surface geochemistry programs, including mapping, rock chip sampling, and stream sediment sampling.
