Malibu Boats (NASDAQ:MBUU) today announced that Ritchie Anderson, the company’s President, will retire effective February 7, 2025, after a distinguished career in the powerboat manufacturing industry.

Anderson, who has served in various leadership roles at Malibu Boats for over a decade, will continue in his position until his retirement date.

Following Anderson's departure, Steve Menneto, the current Chief Executive Officer of Malibu Boats, will take on the additional role of President.

In a further organizational shift, Donna Tallent, the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations, will assume leadership over the company’s operations.

Both Tallent and the Brand Presidents will report directly to Menneto.

Anderson’s career in the boating industry spans more than 40 years, with 12 of those years spent at Malibu Boats.

He joined the company as Vice President of Operations and later served as Chief Operating Officer before being named President.

Prior to his tenure at Malibu, Anderson spent 28 years with MasterCraft Boat Company, where he rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Operations.
