Decentralised exchange Mango Markets is planning to approve a $250,000 budget in USD Coin (USDC) to address ongoing regulatory scrutiny from US authorities.

The funds will be used to hire a representative tasked with responding to regulator inquiries relating to the exchange.

Upon approval, the exchange will be represented by Cyberbyte, a Poland-based firm owned by crypto developer and Mango Markets contributor Adrian Brzezinski, for a one-year term.

The representative's duties include hiring legal counsel and facilitating amicable resolutions to US regulatory issues.
