Mamba Exploration (ASX:M24) has commenced a gravity and drilling programme around the high-grade clay hosted REE mineralisation at the Hyden Project in Western Australia.
The gravity survey is designed to better define the regional anomaly and provide direct drill targets, while the drilling programme is planned to confirm the historical mineralisation and provide better understanding of the source of the very high grades identified.
The results from the drilling and gravity survey are expected by the end of January and mid to late February, respectively.
Following the announcement, shares of Mamba Exploration (ASX:M24) were up 13%.
