Mako Gold has uncovered substantial manganese zones at its Korhogo Project in Côte d'Ivoire, with manganese values ranging from 14.7% to 25%.
The discovery, confirmed through geological mapping and rock chip sampling, supports continuous manganese mineralisation across three areas with widths up to 400m.
Mako Gold is conducting preliminary metallurgical testing for steel production and an induced polarisation geophysical survey to explore the deposit's depth further.
