Logan Paul has filed a defamation lawsuit against YouTuber Coffeezilla, claiming the latter's 2022 videos falsely accused him of orchestrating a scam through his failed CryptoZoo NFT project.

Paul seeks over $75,000 in damages, interest, and legal fees, arguing the videos painted a misleading narrative and harmed his reputation.

The lawsuit asserts Coffeezilla ignored evidence of Paul’s genuine efforts to ensure CryptoZoo’s success and instead portrayed it as a scam.

Paul blames the project's failure on collaborators Eduardo Ibanez and Jake Greenbaum, who he claims acted deceitfully.

Despite previous efforts to remedy the situation and buy back NFTs, Paul argues that Coffeezilla continued to release defamatory content.

The CryptoZoo project, launched in 2021, has since collapsed, rendering its ZOO token worthless.
