Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) Albemarle increases relevant interest in Liontown shares

Albemarle Corporation has increased its relevant interest in Liontown Resources shares to approximately 4.3%, compared to the previously known 2.2%.

Albemarle has requested a copy of the Liontown share register for the purpose of contacting shareholders about its non-binding indicative proposal.

Liontown's board has rejected the proposal, and shareholders do not need to take any action at this time.
