Lincoln Minerals increased the mineral resource of its Kookaburra Gully Graphite Project by 87%, making it the second-largest graphite resource on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula.
The overall project mineral resource now stands at 12.26 million tonnes at 7.31% of total graphitic carbon.
The total contained graphite has risen by 80% to 896,000 tonnes, with untapped potential for further resource growth.
A three-month drilling program will focus on enhancing confidence at the high-grade Kookaburra Gully and Koppio deposits.
The company plans to commence the feasibility study update in mid-2024 for delivery later in 2024.
