Larvotto Resources kickstarted an extensive 5,250m reverse circulation drilling program at its Hillgrove Project, aiming to infill the existing resource and test extensions at Clarks Gully.

The deposit, defined from the surface to a depth of 200m, contains a current measured and indicated resource of 266kt at 3.8% antimony and 2.0g/t gold.

Larvotto Managing Director Ron Heeks highlighted the potential for early-stage development to supplement production from the Metz underground mining area to the south.

The drilling program will follow up on previous drilling results and target both the southern geochemical anomaly and high-grade gold zones at Bakers Creek.

The initial reverse circulation drilling program sets the stage for future diamond drilling.
