Korab Resources (ASX:KOR) Responses to ASX Appendices 3X and 3Z Late Lodgment Queries

Korab Resources Limited (KOR) has been asked to provide an explanation for the late lodgment of the Appendix 3X and Appendix 3Z forms.

These forms pertain to the Initial Director's Interest Notice and Final Director's Interest Notice, respectively, and are required by ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.

Upon investigation, it was found that the late lodgment of the forms was due to an inadvertent error and the Company has taken steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
