Kingsland Minerals announced the maiden mineral resource estimate for its Leliyn Graphite Project in the Northern Territory.

The deposit, Australia's largest by contained graphite, boasts an inferred mineral resource of 194.6 million tonnes at 7.3% total graphitic carbon, equating to 14.2 million tonnes of graphite.

Exploration focused on a mere 4km of the 20km graphitic schist outcrop, indicating substantial potential across the broader area.

Initial metallurgical work is underway to ensure a commercial-grade concentrate, with infill drilling planned to bolster geological continuity and metallurgical understanding.
