Killi Resources (ASX:KLI) has reported magmatic copper sulphide mineralisation in assays at Fox, part of the West Tanami project in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Killi Resources says diamond drill hole assays confirm the mineralisation had peak values of 2,730ppm Cu, and is the first confirmed record of copper mineralisation within mafics of the Tanami region.
The company highlighted a zone of 4.2m @ 728ppm CU, 58ppm Co and 0.46g/t Ag including 0.6m @ 2,730ppm Cu, 114.5ppm Co, and 1.23g/t Ag.
Killi Resources' CEO, Kathryn Cutler says the result highlights the potential for magmatic sulphide systems at the project, which could host Ni-Cu-Co deposits.
