Kalgoorlie Gold Mining expedited its drilling program at the Providence target on the Pinjin Project following results from the recent program.
Originally scheduled for late 2023 or early 2024, the opportunity to secure a drill rig this week led to an acceleration.
The drill rig is set to begin operations on Nov. 16, with eight reverse circulation drill holes covering 1,280m planned. Gold assays are expected before year-end.
The Pinjin Project, located 150km east of Kalgoorlie Boulder, covers a significant portion of the Laverton tectonic zone.
