DomaCom (ASX:DCL) has appointed Darren Younger as acting CEO, effective immediately.
Younger brings with him extensive experience from the technology sector, which the company hopes will aid in implementing various growth initiatives.
DomaCom also appointed Confidant Partners as the joint company secretary, with David (Euh) Hwang stepping into this role.
Hwang is noted for his expertise in corporate law and board advisory services, aiming to enhance DomaCom's compliance and governance frameworks.
The employment contract with Younger is established for an initial term of three months, with a potential extension subject to mutual agreement.
He takes over the position from Raymond Jourdan, who resumes his role as executive director.
Chairman Ross Landles expressed confidence in the new appointments stating, "We welcome Darren as acting CEO. His experience in building businesses and driving change and growth will be invaluable as we look to move DomaCom forward."
