Ingenia Communities Group Ltd to acquire BIG4 resort on Bellarine Peninsula.

Ingenia Communities Group Ltd (ASX:INA) has announced that the Group has exchanged contracts to acquire BIG4 Beacon Resort on the Bellarine Peninsula, one of Australia?s premier coastal holiday communities. The off-market acquisition of the multi-award winning BIG4 resort is valued at $37m and will cement Ingenia?s market leading presence in Victoria.

Following the announcement, shares of Ingenia Communities Group fell 1.25% to$6.31/share.
