Ingenia Communities Group posted a 22% revenue increase to $211.6 million and a 26% rise in statutory profit to $42.5 million for the first half of FY24.

Underlying profit climbed 27% to $43.5 million, while pre-tax operating profit grew 28% to $44.9 million.

The company witnessed a 24% surge in new home settlement revenue during the six months, reaching $143 million, driven by accelerated completion times and eased labour constraints.

The company developed and settled 143 turnkey homes during the period, a 24% year-over-year increase. It also recorded a 12% boost in holiday income to $66.5 million.
