    Traffic Technologies enters voluntary administration

    Traffic Technologies (ASX:TTI) a manufacturer of traffic-related products and services, has entered voluntary administration.

    Glenn J. Franklin and Jason G. Stone of PKF Melbourne were appointed as joint and several voluntary administrators on April 23.

    As a result, the company's securities have been suspended from trading on the ASX and will remain so throughout the administration process.

    The administrators are currently conducting investigations into the company's financial position, including a review of its assets and liabilities.

    Traffic Technologies is an ASX-listed traffic solutions company that offers advanced traffic management through its hardware and software solutions.
